What can I expect at the event?
The 26th edition of Japan Touch is the unmissable event for celebrating Japanese and Asian culture. Over a friendly weekend shared with fellow enthusiasts, you can explore hundreds of stalls to discover a variety of treasures, ranging from manga and figurines to food and handicrafts. The event also features a rich, immersive program of shows, workshops, and tournaments, while offering you the chance to meet your favorite creators, authors, and performers during talks and autograph sessions.

Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
The event takes place over a weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
Will food and drinks be available for purchase?
Food and drinks will be available for purchase at the event. Vegan and gluten-free options will also be available!
Is there parking nearby?
Parking is available.
Will merchandise be for sale?
Yes! Merchandise will be available for purchase at the shop.
About tickets
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
There will be a box office on-site. We strongly recommend booking your tickets in advance to save time at the venue. You can purchase tickets via the Fever app or on the Fever website.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available for download from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Make sure to log in using the same method you used to make the purchase.
You can also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can view your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account used to purchase your ticket. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us. Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Cancellation insurance is available when purchasing your tickets. If you do not purchase this insurance, all sales for this event are final, and tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or modified. For more information, please consult our T&Cs.
Event Access
Do I need to arrive at the time of my scheduled session?
You may arrive at any time throughout the day, after the doors open.
Are pets allowed? Are guide dogs permitted?
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted within the event venue. However, guide dogs are welcome.
Is the venue accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the event is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Are there any prohibited items?
For safety reasons, certain items and products are strictly prohibited.

Security personnel on-site have the final say on whether an item is permitted inside the event.
Cloakrooms are available for storing personal belongings and items not permitted inside the venue.
1. Weapons and weapon replicas
🚫 PROHIBITED:
All real or fake weapons, including toys and realistic reproductions
Katanas, sabers, swords, and their metal replicas
Firearms
Airsoft guns
Bokken and any blunt objects (baseball bats, batons, etc.)
Any explosive materials or replicas of explosive materials
Tactical uniforms (military, police, GIGN, or other special units)
Nerf-style guns containing metal parts or accompanied by darts/ammunition
⚠️ These items may be left at the cloakroom.
✅ PERMITTED:
All-plastic Nerf-style guns (without ammunition)
Non-dangerous, clearly fantastical replicas that do not resemble real weapons
⚠️ The organizers reserve the right to refuse any replica deemed dangerous or inappropriate.
2. Sharp, blunt, or dangerous objects
🚫 PROHIBITED:
Sharp objects: knives, scissors, utility knives, Swiss Army knives, etc.
Blunt objects: hammers, bats, heavy tools, etc.
Any tool that could be used as a weapon
⚠️ These items may be left at the cloakroom.
Objects made of glass, porcelain, or materials that can shatter and become sharp (cannot be left at the cloakroom)
3. Explosive, flammable, or smoke-producing products
🚫 PROHIBITED (cannot be left at the cloakroom):
Pyrotechnic materials: fireworks, firecrackers, candles, glowing/incandescent items
Smoke machines
Flammable products
✅ PERMITTED:
Deodorants (spray and roll-on), hairspray, and perfumes
4. Drinks, liquids, and containers
🚫 PROHIBITED (cannot be left at the cloakroom):
Alcoholic beverages
Uncapped bottles, flasks, miniature liquor bottles
Glassware and glass objects
✅ PERMITTED:
Capped plastic bottles, reusable water bottles, metal cans, and juice boxes (excluding alcoholic beverages)
Small coolers
Personal food
Special case: counterweights for props/scenery (cosplayers). Only hermetically sealed sandbags are permitted for stabilizing props. They must be declared during registration. They will be subject to inspection and a ground-impact test.
Using liquid-filled bottles as counterweights is prohibited.
5. Items that are disruptive or dangerous to the public
🚫 PROHIBITED:
Noise-making instruments or items causing significant disturbance: drums, megaphones, air horns, bass drums, etc.
⚠️ These items may be left at the cloakroom.
Glitter, confetti, feathers, or any small items liable to scatter (cannot be left at the cloakroom)
Placards, banners, slogan-bearing logos, flyers, and posters (cannot be left at the cloakroom)
6. Bags, luggage, and equipment
🚫 PROHIBITED (must be left at the cloakroom):
Bags with a capacity exceeding 25 liters
Luggage larger than 55cm x 35cm x 25cm
Skateboards, roller skates, hoverboards, and scooters
Motorcycle helmets
✅ PERMITTED:
Cabin-sized backpacks or cooler bags ≤ 25 liters
Cabin luggage ≤ 55cm x 35cm x 25cm
Strollers and prams
Cameras with detachable lenses
Laptops, tablets, netbooks
Umbrellas
Tripods, telescopic poles, selfie sticks, photo/video stabilizers
Steel-toed shoes and sewing equipment
Can I smoke or vape?
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the experience. Dedicated outdoor areas are available for smokers and vapers.
Do you offer tickets for accompanying caregivers?
Unfortunately, tickets for accompanying caregivers are not available.
Is the experience accessible to the hearing or visually impaired?
This experience is accessible to the hearing and visually impaired.
Will there be restrooms available on-site?
Restrooms will be available on-site. Please ask our on-site staff for directions.
Can I use my camera during the experience?
Feel free to take and share photos. Please be mindful not to disturb other visitors while taking photos. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a lost and found area?
We recommend asking the on-site staff if they have found your personal belongings. If you are unable to ask them, please contact us at contact.japantouch@gl-events.com.
Is there a cloakroom available?
A cloakroom is available on-site. Please ask the on-site staff for directions.
Is there an age requirement?
There is no minimum age requirement to participate in the experience. The venue is stroller-accessible.
